Chinese Language & Minor fixes

First of all, thank you everyone for buying our game!

We've been hard at work localizing the game for Chinese players days before launch.

As with any release, we know there may be a few bumps along the way, and we would like to ensure that your gameplay experience is as immersive as possible.

This Day 1 patch addresses some initial issues.

• Added Chinese Language Support & language options
• Fixed Note immediately appearing on Day 2
• Reduced frequency of some events
