Still Alive Update

The update includes broad changes and I have already tried to implement most of the wishes and suggestions of the players. These include
- Completely new game mechanics for the manager; probabilities such as death and training success are actively diced
- Blood puddles on hits
- Massive UI improvements
- New dialogs
- balancing updates
- Quality of life changes
- Bug fixes
