Improved Internal Timer Performance

We've made improvements to the internal timer to reduce lag on low-end PCs. However, to maintain fairness, a validation system has been implemented. Attempting to tamper with your PC's internal clock will be considered cheating and reset the timer back to 6 hours. This may affect players in regions with automatic daylight saving time changes.
