The TALK skill for Investigators was reworked to fix some bugs with it and to add extra checks to make sure things work properly.
Changed some dialogue with the tutorial battle
Changed the spawn point to the tutorial scarecrows which only show up when playing the Thief. This is so they won't accidentally prevent movement while they try to hide.
