Patch 1.3 and statement on current Issues in Together Mode

Patch 1.3:
•Improvements to netcode
•Smaller stability improvements
•Reduced Memory usage

We are aware of some issues that are randomly occuring in Together Mode, including:

-Players not able to join the Server (stuck in "Connect to Server" screen)
-Combined time resetting after a new player joins
-Combined time randomly jumping up to ridiculously high numbers

We are actively working on fixing these issues, thank you for your understanding.
