Achievement fixes and some minor improvements and additions

+ Fixed achievement numbers
+ New Summoning Book Spell: Destabilize
+ Saved games do better at recording which one should be loaded upon death
+ Starting health and mana for summons slightly reduced before bonuses are applied
+ Improved scrolling in skill, trait and enchanting menus (mostly for Android)
