General changes:

1. Added new set "Human Set".
2. Added new set "Alien Set".
3. Added 6 new items:
   Human Helmet
   Human Armor
   Human Banner
   Alien Bond
   Alien Armor
   Alien Sphere
4. Fixed blue/purple fog changing it to charcoal/transparent.
5. Adjusted lighting.
6. Changed up alien crash site so that the aliens don't get stuck inside the ship.
7. Fixed Alien Blood drop rate.
8. Fixed Human Blood drop rate.
9. Fixed other backend issues.
10. Possibly fixed an issue with safe zone not working.
11. Possibly fixed resources not spawning in caves and holes.
12. Adjusted Anubis Boss.
13. Changed the static spawners to be min and max level capped so certain areas have certain level ranges.
14. Added a new alien saucer near robots that doesn't spawn bosses or alien elite only engineer elite and regular alien level 10-25.
