Fixes
- Corrected an issue where the images indicating overseer elemental affinity for storm and earth were swapped.
- Buffed frost damage.
- Reduced elemental damage required to pass through the second smelter to below the level of unmodified Tier 2 runes. Previously a Tier 2 rune and an enhance rune was required to meet the requirement.
- Corrected a texture issue in which applying a frost enchant to a copper weapon would result in the appearance of a fire weapon.
- Removed the tendency for the banner officer to stop inside the entryway to the building instead of standing behind the counter.
Work on the quest system is continuing.
