v1.23 - "Show Waits" functionality added

You should now see a small box showing tiles that would complete your hand, and the number of each that are still "in play", when you're one tile away from a complete hand.

You still need to ensure you have a Yaku! :)

Also some other small tweaks/bug-fixes.
