Improved slash detection
- head following improvements, now centered on users's shoulder level to ensure center of mass of detection rests in front of the user's chest

- removed minimums from detection system, should improve for shorter weapons
- longer weapons have a further reset point to ensure the initial jab motion doesn't require drawing back as much
