This update should bring us significantly closer to what I'd consider the final build of the main game.
With any luck, I'll be releasing this build as stable tomorrow afternoon (Saturday 22nd April).
Please note, once released into stable, your old savegames will be incompatible, so please complete any runs before updating.
- Butter can now be melted into oil
- Cards spawned by the Temporian can no longer be used on the Temporian a second time (This includes the Research Book)
- If the Research Card is destroyed or stored in the Temporian, you can no longer read it
- Glitch effect added to Cards that have time travelled
- Metal Ovens are added. Can be built from scratch, or upgrade a clay oven
- Potatoes!!!
- Greenhouses have been added, allowing you to grow vegetables and wheat in any season, and lasts forever
- Cow and Pig "Corpses" have been changed to "Carcass"... so it doesn't sound so morbid
- Watchtower has been changed to Tower. You can use the spyglass in combination with it to locate items
- Can start fires using spyglasses and glass
- Recipe book sorting has yet again been altered, sorting items into categories
- When health is low on a worker (less than 21), the number will change to red
- Workers with 10 or less health may cough when picked up, giving an additional indication that they are nearing the end of their life
- End-game changed. You now need to:
- Repair the Temporian
- Build a Gravity Battery
- Build a Generator
