Map Event fixes

WHAT'S FIXED
1. Fixed resizing popup window with hints for Map Event.
2. Counteractions are now visible in hints at Map Events.
3. Fixed mispelling for variables which caused Map Events to bug out.
4. Power Changes for Map Events displays in correct format. Fixed wrong coloring.
