New Build: AI update and other tweaks + "Crash on launch" patch #1c

Second major optimization pass to reduce likelihood of "crash on launch" problems as well as general CPU / GPU load. Expect a third pass by end of week.

Also:
- AI now understands defensive immunities
- +4 Resistance for sharing Alignments with master not dropped when Neutralized
- Added special abilities to Robot Sea Monsters (1980s, 1990s), including a bonus to Destroy Coastal Places! Watch out, Japan.
- Evil Geniuses for a Better Tomorrow (1980s-2020s) should not have been Secret
- Move modifiers no longer scale down to be absurdly tiny when showing multiple digits.
