Update Notes - More Flowers!

Hello Square Farmers! Just a small update for this week.

Update Notes:
-Flowers now appear slightly more often.
-The dialogue window speed has been changed slightly.
-The bug showing the wrong popup for Watering(Grass) has been fixed.
-Tina's portrait and has been changed a little.
-Some typos have been fixed.
