ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE PHONG XICH LAN APARTMENT MANAGEMENT BOARD
To ensure a safe and civilized festival night for all residents of the Phong Xich Lan Apartment, the Management Board of Rare Reversee Housing LLC would like to issue the following reminders:
1. Residents are requested to avoid gathering, pushing, or shoving and to maintain a safe distance in elevator areas and near the rooftop railings.
2. The unauthorized burning of incense, drawing of talismans (especially if you are not confident in your artistic abilities), or performance of any rituals NOT on the Management's approved list is strictly prohibited.
3. Please refrain from leaving personal items such as broken teapots, old diaries, or boxes of crayons in the common hallways, as they are an obstruction and aesthetically displeasing.
