Update 1.6 (BETA): Coach and club history

Hi all,

With update 1.6 the game now records your season performance as a coach and that of clubs. That way, you can trace your career steps and achievements that were earned over time. You can view that data in the stats panel when selecting "History".

If you click on your username, you can see your personal history. Using the dropdown, you can also look into the historic events of other clubs. The currently running season is shown in italics. Under that table, you can also see a diagram of league placements and the club's money.
It all works with your savegames, but it can't show data from the past because that was not recorded before this update.

Furthermore, a few annoying bugs were crushed, thanks to all reporting players:
- Players without a club can now be bought again in the transfer market without issues
- Players won't be listed twice on the market
- Two answers from education Coach B were fixed
- On rare occasions, players would not return after being loaned to another club, which is fixed now
- International teams were getting injuries after the last update, but did not heal again. That way, you could face teams with only one player on the pitch in the Master League :D -> fixed now

There were also a few preparations for a new European Cup. There are some new files with clubs from different countries, and you can assign countries in the editor, but be aware that those are not used yet and are likely to be changed, because the cup is not finished yet.

Version 1.6 is on a beta branch again, which is called "current-beta". In that branch, I will upload new updates for future versions until they are stable enough to be released in the normal branch. If you are curious, you can stay on that branch ;) But in a few days, version 1.6 should reach the normal branch as well.
