The guests have checked in
Six regulars have taken rooms at Sweetie's, and they bring their requests to the front desk in person. One wants forty towels. Another needs a new room key, because her husband swallowed the first one.
Clean up after them
Guests make messes, and every mess goes on your list. The motel has one mop and one vacuum, and they stay wherever you leave them. At night, a puddle in a dark hall can put you on the floor and send your flashlight sliding.
Don't keep them waiting
Leave a request too long and Sweetie gets to that guest before you do. The next night, they come looking for you.
A week at Sweetie's
Story Shift is now five nights long and saves between them. Floors open and guests check in as the week goes on.
Co-op
Proximity chat works on Windows again. Guests step aside when you push past them, and a long list of fixes means everyone in the crew sees the same motel.

- Guests run at you out of nowhere by day, and the power flickers more often
- The elevator rides dark, with only its emergency light
- A faint glow around you when your flashlight is off, so you can find your way
- An outline on anything you can use, when it's in reach
- Display settings stick when you press Save
