You can now download older versions of the game by going into its properties on Steam...
More archived builds will come whenever a major update is released.
Unsure if any have save file conflictions... but there shouldn't be...
If you need to reset your save, or test stuff, you can open Debug Mode by spamming Esc while the game launches.
