We've been keeping a little secret.
Over the next few weeks, 8 brand-new leaders will be joining Circle Empires 2, with 2 new leaders revealed every week. Some are strange. Some are powerful. Some are both. All of them bring entirely new units, technologies, and strategies to the battlefield.
Today, we're giving you a first look. Well, kind of.
The image below teases all eight upcoming leaders, but you'll have to do a little detective work to figure out exactly who they are. We won't be revealing everything just yet, and where would the fun be in that?
These additions are a huge milestone for the game. Circle Empires 2 launched with 12 leaders. Since then, we've already expanded the roster with 4 new arrivals. Once these next 8 are released, the total will reach 24 unique leaders, doubling the number available at launch.
That means twice as many armies to master, twice as many technologies to discover, and twice as many wonderfully chaotic ways to conquer the circles.
We'll be unveiling two new leaders every week, so keep an eye on our announcements and let us know your guesses. We're looking forward to seeing which ones you spot and which ones manage to surprise you.
