As Steam Next Fest kicks into full gear, Seekers Alliance: Hero's Journey is receiving a major demo update.
Based on feedback from previous playtests, we've analyzed Hero pick rates, popular deck archetypes, and deckbuilding trends to further strengthen each Hero's unique identity and playstyle.
This update introduces the all-new Signature Abilities, along with Hero stories, expanded Collection content, and a brand-new unlockable Hero, Lil' Gecko, S.W.T. We hope these additions make your adventure across Sovereign's Island even more fulfilling.
The first set of Signature Abilities is now available for:
Shimazu, the Aramusha
Blade Dancer
Bubble Gunner
Each Signature Ability introduces new deckbuilding and gameplay opportunities through unique activation conditions, powerful Hero-specific effects, and distinct animations.
Additional Heroes will receive their own Signature Abilities in future updates leading up to the full release.

Adjusted First-Strike Token placement
Updated localization across multiple languages
Fixed several issues that could cause battles to become stuck
Fixed an issue where Artifact activation could cause abnormal interruptions
Fixed Chest events that could become unresponsive
Fixed map node errors that could interrupt progression
Fixed an issue where the Discard Pile and Exile Pile could not be closed during combat
Fixed incorrect or inconsistent Collection and Mob Card descriptions
Fixed missing text and localization issues in multiple languages
Fixed an issue where a new game could not be started after completing Tutorial Mode
Fixed incorrect calculation logic in Speed Zone battles
This update marks an important milestone for our participation in Steam Next Fest and the debut of the Signature Abilities.
