Unlocked recipe tabs now stay in place instead of reshuffling
Tutorial dock scope is only for current step, subsequent steps reclaim spotlight and will have to be docked again.
Slight theme/color tweaks to be more consistent esp in tokenized text.

Header tabs no longer block top header buttons
Tabs selection for selected item in inventory is more consistent
Prestige recipe tab info is clickable again
Have language flags render with emoji font to try to minimize not rendering on some systems
Balancing
Increase robot swarm factory production speed to make swarm better than the equivalent number of robot factories.
