Apparently an Apprentice Alchemist · published

Hello Alchemists!
We've released a new update focused on making alchemy more satisfying to watch and easier to read.
This update brings improved visual effects to several alchemy skills, along with a broad UI polish pass across the game.
Alchemy should feel like something is actually happening when materials fly across your workshop!
Added and improved visual effects for several alchemy skills.
Flying materials now produce clearer collision effects when they hit materials along their path.
Materials now visually react when struck by flying objects.
Final impacts have stronger effects to make successful hits easier to recognize.
Improved visual feedback for skills such as Initial Magic Surge, Residual Magic, Combo, Throwing Stone, Herb Slingshot, and Liquid Floating.
Multiple simultaneous effects have been adjusted to remain readable even when your workshop gets busy.
We've also polished many parts of the interface to better match the atmosphere of an alchemist's workshop.
Redesigned buttons with a new alchemy-themed visual style.
Improved icons for navigation, settings, deleting save slots, and ending a run.
Updated sliders, dropdown menus, scrollbars, dialogs, and progress bars.
Improved selected, disabled, and hover states across several menus.
Improved Research and Experiment interfaces for clearer status information.
Progress bars for materials now appear only while that material is actively being worked on, reducing visual clutter in crowded workshops.
Various smaller UI fixes and readability improvements.
The goal of this update is simple: make every experiment a little more satisfying to watch, and every screen a little easier to understand.
This is only the beginning. We'll continue improving the workshop and adding more polish as development continues.
Thank you for playing Apparently an Apprentice Alchemist!
