A new update has been deployed to the Anomaly Zone Renovation server, introducing new gameplay mechanics, balance adjustments, faction improvements, a cooking system, new quests, trading changes, storyline fixes, and localization improvements.
Weapon balance has been reworked:
Increased the accuracy of all weapons. Accuracy values have been adjusted to better reflect each weapon class.
Changed the armor penetration values of all weapons except sniper rifles. Damage is now calculated based on the ammunition's damage, the ammunition's armor penetration, and the weapon's armor penetration.
The Campfire Buff now removes the Severe Wounds status effect.
The effectiveness of injectors and medkits has been adjusted:
Car Medkit — increased from 30 to 50.
Paramedic Medkit — increased from 40 to 70.
Medical Kit — increased from 80 to 100.
Purified Brusnikovka Injector — increased from 100 to 120.
Enhanced Brusnikovka Injector — increased from 140 to 150.
Increased the durability of all equipment.
Adjusted repair costs for all equipment.
Rebalanced the prices of all equipment, ammunition, medical supplies, and weapon attachments.
Added a Faction Mission system.
These missions can be accepted by the faction leader from the Faction Manager NPC located at faction bases and strongpoints.
The amount of Faction Experience (FE) earned has been adjusted:
Capturing or defending a strongpoint — 50 FE.
Capturing or defending a base — 300 FE.
Picking up the Shell artifact — 50 FE.
Picking up the Guide artifact — 150 FE.
Picking up the Vesuvius artifact — 100 FE.
To receive FE for capturing or defending a base or strongpoint, at least one faction member must be present within the objective area. The amount of FE earned does not increase based on the number of faction members present.
Trader buyback prices have been adjusted:
Medical supplies — 20%.
Ammunition — 20%.
Weapon attachments — 25%.
Food — 20%.
Tier 1–2 equipment — 50%.
Tier 3–4 equipment — 25%.
Tier 5–6 equipment — 20%.
The following items have been added to NPC traders:
Radius Settlement — Retired Colonel now sells the SIG SG-716 and 20- and 30-round magazines.
Renegade Camp — Cross now sells the SIG SG-551 and 20- and 30-round magazines.
Healer's Camp — Healer now sells a 10-round SVD magazine.
Buyback prices for most mutant parts and junk items have been increased.
Meat, lard, and other miscellaneous items can now also be sold to traders.
Added PvP modes to the Flea Market in test mode.
Added a visual effect for the Teleport anomaly.
Simonov — the fourth objective in the Simonov's Task quest has been relocated.
Private Osechkin Tutorial — in the Another Survivor quest, suitcases have been moved out of the train cars.
Water and food have been added to the quest rewards.
Debt collection quests from Kich (involving Bolotnik, Pop, and Gourmand) are no longer required to increase reputation with the Crow Forest mercenaries.
Added quest hints explaining that the Radio Towers and Crow Forest quest chains must first be completed sequentially (or one by one in any order). Daily quests become available afterward.
Fixed a bug affecting weapon display while held.
Fixed strongpoint respawn locations on New Earth.
Fixed character name display.
Fixed automatic item selection in field crafting.
Fixed the VOV Anti-Rad crafting recipe.
Fixed flag display in the base tracker.
Fixed an issue where splitting item stacks could cause incorrect weight calculations.
Changes to the "Lyubech Outskirts" location:
Increased the number of wood and bark spawn locations.
Fixed an exploit that allowed players to pass through world geometry near the Guide A artifact spawn.
Multiple improvements and fixes to the English localization.
