Recently, the use of unauthorized programs has been hindering the gameplay environment for legitimate users. Therefore, we would like to clearly outline the criteria for enforcement and account restriction measures.
1. Main Targets for Enforcement and Sanctions
① Macros and Auto-Hunting (Clicker Programs, etc.)
Definition: Using mouse/keyboard settings or clicker programs to perform automated hunting, such as attacking specific coordinates or repeating actions (regardless of whether attack/movement speed is altered).
Verification Process: If detected by our active monitoring system, Game Masters will attempt to verify your status via in-game whispers. If there is no response for a certain period or if abnormal patterns are definitively confirmed, immediate sanctions will be applied for macro and auto-hunting usage.
Sanction Levels:
1st Offense: 7-Day Account Suspension
2nd Offense: 30-Day Account Suspension
3rd Offense: Permanent Ban
② Attack/Speed Hacks (Speed Alteration Programs)
Definition: Using unauthorized programs (including clicker programs) to manipulate attack speed, magic casting speed, or movement speed beyond the limits set by the system.
Impact: This induces speeds impossible for a human, causing server overload and severely damaging the game's ecosystem and balance.
Sanction Levels:
1st Offense: 7-Day Account Suspension
2nd Offense: 30-Day Account Suspension
3rd Offense: Permanent Ban
※ Enhanced Sanction: If the usage is highly repetitive or excessively accumulated, an immediate permanent ban will be issued without 1st or 2nd warnings.
2. Operations Team's Stance on Permanent Bans
The accounts recently subjected to permanent bans were not restricted due to a single mistake or a simple misunderstanding.
The operations team decides on sanctions only after confirming records of unauthorized program usage—often dozens of times over—through precise log analysis, which includes usage dates, times, repetition frequency, and server data flow.
Simple claims of innocence, such as "I never used a program" or "This is unfair," cannot overturn clear data evidence recorded on the server. There will be absolutely no exceptions or leniency for the use of illegal programs.
