To create a fair and pleasant gaming environment, we have cracked down on and sanctioned accounts that engaged in abnormal play, such as using speed hacks and auto (macro) programs within the game. So that all users can enjoy the game through legitimate efforts, we will continue to take strong action with a zero-tolerance policy against the use of illegal programs and abnormal play that destroys the balance of the game. [Precautions When Appealing]
Please understand that detailed log records and internal detection data related to the discovery of illegal program use and abnormal play will not be provided directly to users to prevent security breaches and abuse evasion. Due to the nature of the Steam platform, if proof of Steam account ownership for identity verification is omitted, the processing of the appeal may be delayed or restricted. We will never tolerate any behavior that damages the precious play experience of innocent users.
