The Mindswarm is no ordinary stream of monsters. It watches what you fight it with — and adapts. Lean too hard on Fire, and the next waves develop Fire resistance. Your totems annoy it? It sends saboteurs. And every ten waves a boss mutates, remembering your past defenses.
