This small update patches a number of bugs:
1) Unstable anchor is now reset onto the boat with a warning message.
2) Shipping routes have been stabilised to provide more consistent movement of automated boats.
3) Fixed fishing boat which was showing duplicate symbols on plan view.
4) Marshes have a new Navigation Guide to help you find this devilish POI!
5) Fixed a bug which could stop the comms panel working.
6) Fixed bug where local time would drift away form UTC.
