Remove obsolete remote-close (SGRACEFULLY) branch of HandleFeatureToggle by @morgolock in #1616
Fix auction preparation and cancellation system by @Temis-gt in #1614
Fix pre-auction and initial bid flow (feat/auction) by @Temis-gt in #1617

Leviathan: Increase its HP to 6500 (6000 >> 6500), increase its EXP to 5200 (4200 >> 5200), increases its GLD to 185 (140 >> 185)
Warrior Ogre: increases its EXP to 4000 (3500 >> 4000)
Red Dragon: reduces its HP to 6000 (6400 >> 6000), reduces its EXP to 6300 (6720 >> 6300)
Black Dragon: reduces the respawn time to 30s-90s (90s-180s >> 30s-90s)
Golden Dragon: removes its respawn time.
Arctic Suid: Adds a 0.1% chance to drop the "Lair Key" upon death.

Lair Key: New item, available as a drop from the "Arctic Suid" NPC. Required to open the door on Map 308 (Pass of the Worthy) and access the Tempest Lair.
Ring of Magic Resistance: Reduced value to 2400 (2700 >> 2400) and requires 40 Iron Linguistics (45 >> 40).
Ring of Magic Protection: Reduced value to 5100 (6000 >> 5100) and requires 85 Iron Linguistics (100 >> 85).
Ring of Magic Fortitude: Reduced value to 7500 (8400 >> 7500) and requires 95 Iron Linguistics. Iron (110 >> 95)

Storm Lair: A new area available within the Frostcavern. It initially features existing Frostcavern NPCs, and the respective dungeon NPCs will be added in a future update.
