🌍 Language now switches in all windows instantly — no restart needed.

🎯 Motion Blur made simple:
• New ON/OFF toggle — your settings are no longer reset
• Blur slider now works in Shutter mode too
• UI shows only the settings that work in the selected mode
• Center protection available in both modes
