RHYTHMKILL is officially released on Steam! Hello to everyone who somehow ended up here.
Today, RHYTHMKILL is finally released, and for me, this is a real celebration.
What happens next — whether the game sells really well or not — doesn't matter that much to me right now. I'm just incredibly happy that I was able to create it. I put everything I could into this game, and I really wanted to see it exist someday.
I'm a solo developer, so I made pretty much everything in this game myself — from level design and programming to the music and visuals. It was incredibly difficult, but the desire to make this game was stronger than all the challenges along the way.
23 levels. 23 musical compositions.
And all of this was created during a war — with constant shelling, power outages, and the overwhelming feeling of violence surrounding us every day.
Maybe that's exactly why I wanted RHYTHMKILL to convey something different — a feeling of positivity, energy, and hope.
That hope kept me going throughout the entire development. Hope that if you really want something and keep moving forward, you can overcome even the hardest things.
RHYTHMKILL isn't perfect. But I love it exactly the way it is.
This game was a very genuine and pure creative impulse. So please, just try to enjoy it. ❤️
I also want to give a huge thank you to the Ukrainian Games Festival for giving me the opportunity to be seen by the world and for giving me a chance to get one step closer to making my dream come true.
🔥 RHYTHMKILL is now available on Steam with a 30% launch discount!
Thank you to everyone who plays, leaves a review, adds the game to their wishlist, or simply tells someone about it.
It means a lot to me.
