The latest patch 0.0.16 is live and the current patch notes are here. We've added a lot this go around but most notable is the actual Game World. Get out there and explore! Patch Notes 0.0.16
Game World:
- Zone (0,0): The first 1km x 1km zone of many more to explore is in the game. It's not fully done being decorated, but most of the playable content is available. Just don't fall off the edge of the world.
- Goblins!: The humanoid NPCs are now Goblins. Still the 2 classes (Dealer and Weaver)
- Forest Guardian Bull: The bull is BACK and he's dangerous! But he gives some sweet skinning loot.
- Runes: 6 Runes (3 Magic, 3 Upcast) are in this area to find.
- Monuments: Added the 3 translation monuments from all the way back in the First Look!
- Ancient Knowledge: The Random Event: Ancient Knowledge is finished. You can now stumble over and unearth Tablets with information from a society long past.
Player:
- Journal: Keep your thoughts and draw images in your journal
- Random Events: New players start the game with a 80% Random Event chance. Be ready for anything!
- Admin: You must now be properly flagged on your PlayFab account to access the Admin menu (That's for you Seppi)
Skills:
- Skinning: You can skin non humanoid creatures
- Language: Translating tablets and monuments gains Language Skill
- Culinary: Cook Raw Meat
- Literacy: Writing and reading, just in the journal for now
- Cartography: Drawing, also just in the journal.
- Swimming: Might want to train just in case
- Climbing: Climb ANYTHING! Cliffs, trees...even the Bull! Again...don't fall off the edge of the world.
- Artisan: For generic item Shape
- Engineering: For generic item Combine
Inventory:
- Skinning loot: Various Bones, Leather, Raw Meat
- Crafting: Bone Needle, Bone Hook, Bone Blades, Cooked Meat
- Torch: A portable light source
Faction:
- Faction Buildings: Bank, Hospitality
- Faction Traits: Available for research
- Note: There is no hierarchy available for the faction at this time. Play nice!
Afterlife:
- Afterlife powers added, not all are working. You'll have to die to discover them!
