Most of this update focuses on networking and stability. If you've run into disconnects, broken lobbies, or matches getting stuck, those issues are now fixed.
Connecting and hosting
- Fixed players failing to join while the game was syncing.
- Fixed lobbies breaking when the host crashed or quit. Another player now takes over hosting.
- Fixed players remaining in the lobby after leaving, causing incorrect player counts.
Matches
- Fixed matches that could fail to end after the last kill.
- Fixed night voting continuing after everyone had voted.
- Fixed being unable to act during the introduction phase.
- Fixed controls staying locked after certain deaths.
Lobby and settings
- Added shorter day and night options and reduced the default timers.
- The host can no longer set the player limit below the number of players already in the lobby.
Only 4 players needed
You only need 4 players for a full match. Most social deduction games need much larger groups, so if you have three friends, you're ready to play.
