The major July 15, 2026 update is now live. To continue delivering an immersive and authentic football experience, this update introduces new legendary players, high-definition upgrades for a wide range of player head models, a brand-new replay mode, and multiple adjustments and fixes to match controls and visual presentation.

■ Major Events & Season Content
- Legendary Players Released: Ronaldinho, Villa, Maldini, van der Sar, Brehme, and Evra have joined the game as Legendary and Ambassador players, along with exclusive TIFOs for each player.
- Login Reward: To celebrate this update, log in after maintenance ends on July 15, 2026 to claim an [88+] Football Cup Legend Player Pack from the Legend Special page.
- New Mode Added: Football Cup '26 Highlight Theater is now live, recreating iconic goal-scoring sequences from the 2026 football stage. A new Reset function has also been added to the pause menu, making it easier to replay each sequence and recreate the moment to perfection.
■ Player Models & Visual Presentation Improvements
This update includes dedicated upgrades to a large number of player head models, as well as environmental visuals both on and around the pitch:
- 3D Head Models & Hair Effects Upgraded:
Improved the in-game face models or hair effects for the following players:
- Ronaldinho, Maldini, van der Sar, Pirlo, Giggs, Cafu, Materazzi, Ballack, Villa, Diego Forlán, Raúl, Park Ji-sung,
- Messi, Ronaldo, Harry Kane, Bellingham, De Bruyne, David Fernández, Lautaro, Achraf, Saliba, Vitinha, Marcos Llorente.
- Global Lighting & Environmental Effects: Adjusted the brightness of players and the ball in shaded areas of the pitch; improved the overall rendering quality of the crowd.
- Stadium Interactions & Facilities:
- Stadium giant screens now display the real-time score and both teams’ club crests.
- Sideline LED boards now feature goal-triggered animations.
- Detailed Pitchside Physical Elements: Added ball boys, sideline coaches, and jib camera models behind the goal, along with water bottles and towels near the goal.
- Jersey Update: The France national team home jersey has been updated with a stand-collar design.
■ Gameplay Experience & AI Adjustments
- Controller Controls: Optimized in-match controller command input and interaction experience.
- Career Mode Adjustments: Increased the default AI difficulty in Career Mode; the Russian Premier League has now been added to the Career mode.
- New Player Guide Adjustments: Lowered the unlock requirement for Skill Moves in Rookie's Road. Managers can now try controller Skill Moves before unlocking Ranked Matches.
■ UI & Localization Enhancements
- More Language Support: Spanish (Español) and Portuguese (Português) UI and text support have been added to the PC version.
- Check-In Page Optimization: Improved the UI layout of the Monthly Check-In and Weekly Check-In pages, making rewards and progress clearer.
■ Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the crowd could disappear, flicker, or display abnormal animations in certain situations.
- Fixed display issues with certain emotes.
