This update introduces the new “Companion” mode. You can switch to this mode by transcending to the mode selection screen.
After entering Companion mode, the game will appear as a pet that stays on top of all other applications.
The pet currently takes the form of a candlestick and supports the following actions:
The pet supports two features: “Settings” and “Journal”.
Click Settings to open the settings menu, where you can configure options or exit Desktop Pet mode.
Click Journal to open the journal editor, where you can add and edit journal entries.
Candle close reminders can be configured in the settings menu.
When enabled, the pet will send a reminder when a candlestick of the specified timeframe closes. You can also configure the reminder to trigger a certain number of seconds before the candle closes.
Each journal entry represents a single trade.
Unlike the in-game journal, journal entries in Desktop Pet mode require the following additional information:
The time of the entry screenshot is used as the entry time of the trade, while the time of the exit screenshot is used as the exit time. The holding duration is calculated as the exit time minus the entry time.
The review screen in Desktop Pet mode only includes “Calendar”, “Journal”, and “Template Settings”. Its features are mostly the same as those in other modes. The slight difference is that you cannot click a specific trade in the journal to view it in more detail on the candlestick chart.
When there are drawings underneath the take-profit and stop-loss lines, and both could previously be dragged at the same time, only the take-profit and stop-loss lines will now be dragged.
