v1.1.1
An update of fixes and improvements, centered on the "app freezes when opening a project" issue
Improved
• Shift + wheel scrolls the timeline horizontally (the Win key + wheel binding has been removed)
• When a project cannot be opened, the reason is now shown
• When the save location is not writable, the cause and what to do are now shown
• The text background plate now follows the text's rotation and tilt
• Startup and project loading are now recorded to help investigate issues
Fixed
• Opening a project whose music clip had been shortened from its left edge made the app stop responding
• Projects with very long lyrics in a single clip could not be opened
• Splitting a video clip or trimming its left edge shifted the footage
• Scale could not be set to decimal values, and linked values did not follow
• In vertical text with top/bottom alignment, long columns were misplaced
• Pixel Sort streaks broke up every frame on moving clips
• Pixel Sort did not show the Unit (Whole / Per character) setting, so per-character appearance could not be changed
• Shadow / glow became darker and harder only while an FX was showing or fading
• The app could not be relaunched while a previous unresponsive Lyrica process remained
• .lyp (distribution package) files were not associated with the app
Note
• Vertical text with top/bottom alignment
• Pixel Sort
• Large-blur shadow / glow combined with FX
• Background plate on rotated or tilted text
Existing projects that match any of the above may look or export differently.
