We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue where the game fails to run due to deleted execution files.
In our latest update, we implemented a new file security solution to create a safer and more stable gaming environment. However, we have found that certain antivirus programs mistakenly identify our game execution file as a potential threat (a false positive detection) and block or delete it automatically, preventing the game from launching.
To permanently resolve this issue, we need to request whitelist exceptions directly from antivirus companies overseas. To speed up this process, we need your help.
If your game execution file has been deleted and you cannot launch the game, please share the following information with us by leaving a comment on this post or sending an email to [email protected]:
1. Name of the Antivirus Program you are using (e.g., Avast, McAfee, Norton, Bitdefender, Windows Defender, etc.)
2. Screenshots or error messages shown by your antivirus (If available)
Temporary Troubleshooting Tip:
If your game file has been deleted, please temporarily disable your antivirus software, add the game folder to your antivirus Exclusion/Exception list, and then reinstall or repair the game client.
