Commanders!

We are happy to announce that the Update 0.535 is now available!

List of Update 0.535 Changes

Cavalry Contract

In this update we are launching a new Contract featuring the HSTV-L Tier 7 Premium Light Tank. The contract works the same way as the previous contract with the initial completion awarding you with the abovementioned vehicle and all further completions with a special Loot Crate. You can read more about the vehicle in our dedicated article.

In addition to the vehicle, decals and an American camouflage are also available for completing a certain amount of Contract missions. You can read more about them in their dedicated article.

Reaper FSV Fixes

Upon our evaluation of the early Reaper FSV performance, we quickly found out that the vehicle is not performing as per the initially published design, specifically the part where the vehicle is supposed to have a rotary cannon described as such:

It’ll function as a “damage hose”, providing a steady stream of low-damage hits even against thick armor. It won’t overheat easily either, but it’s not a weapon capable of destroying targets in seconds and at long distances – to use it effectively, one has to stay exposed and keep the enemy in their sights.

However, due to a bug caused by incorrect rate of fire setting, the rotary cannon was dealing much more damage than intended, leading to the Reaper quickly surpassing (by a wide margin) even the BMPT Mod.2025 in damage output. In combination with its nigh-impenetrable armor, this led to a situation that had to be addressed.

We have therefore fixed the rotary cannon to adhere to the original vision by:

  • Reducing the rate of fire to 1500 rounds per minute
  • Reducing the maximum damage done upon penetration from 15 to 10

In this form, the Reaper will still be a tough nut to crack, but it will no longer dominate all matches simply by pressing the left mouse button. Players are advised to rely more on its very powerful missiles and use the rotary cannon as a support weapon, as was originally intended.

Force Recon Battle Path

We are introducing several adjustments to the Force Recon Battle Path vehicles based on their performance.

  • BKM-1: Reduced the autocannon rate of fire from 700 to 450 rounds per minute
  • BKM-1: Reduced the amount of shots it takes to overheat the autocannon from 50 to 35
  • Stridsvagn 122: Upgraded the HEAT round from DM12 to DM12A1 (increased penetration and damage)

Furthermore, we are making the following fixes connected to the Force Recon Battle Path:

  • Daily missions can now be correctly completed using Legendary Vehicles (which override dealer requirements and can be used to complete missions that require Tier 10 vehicles)
  • Fixed a number of Daily Mission requirements so that they are only possible to complete using the intended vehicles
  • VBL and VBL Ingwe can now use Recon Missiles correctly
  • Completing all chain missions now correctly awards players with a Recon Loot Crate instead of the older Hunter Loot Crate (their contents and behaviors are identical, which is why players who received Hunter Loot Crates will not be receiving Recon Loot Crates instead)

General Changes

  • Centurion Mk.11: Fixed an issue where the vehicle had broken textures on low and minimal graphics settings
  • Centurion Mk.11: Fixed an issue where decals could be applied to roadwheels
  • Centurion Mk.11: Fixed an issue where the armor tooltip incorrectly showed ERA the vehicle does not have
  • Added a number of assets for future events
  • Fixed a number of localization issues
