■ Apology Regarding the Early Deletion of Samgyetang and Fruit Shaved Ice Items
We would like to express our sincere apologies to our users. Unlike the initially announced schedule, the buff items 'Samgyetang' and 'Fruit Shaved Ice', provided as rewards for the "[Event] Cool Summer Cumulative Attendance Event", were confirmed to have been deleted early due to a settings error during last week's server maintenance.
As this was the first attendance event conducted since the Steam service launch, there was some inexperience in our operations, and we deeply apologize for causing our users to be unable to use all of their acquired items within the time limit. Rather than providing individual recovery measures for these buff items, we would like to substitute our apologies by using this mistake as a stepping stone to prepare even more substantial and abundant rewards in the next event.
In the future, we will pay closer attention to event operations and item management to prevent similar issues from occurring. We are truly sorry once again for the confusion regarding the schedule.
