This is War of Genesis: Idle Loot. Here is a summary of frequently asked questions from our Commanders across Discord, the community, Steam Discussions, and Customer Support. Q. How are the Raid Alliance Rankings calculated?
A. The damage dealt by the top 100 members of each Alliance is combined, and Alliances are ranked from highest to lowest total damage. Q. Where can I find the Ether Shop?
A. You can access it by going to [Battlefield] > [Arena] at the bottom of the main menu, then tapping the [Ether Shop] tab at the top. Q. Where can I obtain Machina?
A. They can be obtained through Raid ranking rewards or purchased from the Arena's Ether Shop. (Usable for 7 days after acquisition.) Q. Where can I use Auto-Combine?
A. Upon reaching User Level 17, tap the icon at the bottom of the Inventory to run Auto-Combine. In the settings, you can configure Auto-Combine by tier, level, or identical levels for Equipment and Accessories. Q. What happens to equipped gear when changing to a character of a different class?
A. Weapons, secondary weapons, and skills must be newly equipped to match the selected class. Q. Can I combine and dismantle items other than equipment at the Blacksmith?
A. Yes. At the bottom of the Blacksmith menu, you will find tabs for Equipment, Accessories, Pets, Wings, Runes, Jewels, and the Refinery. Simply select the desired tab. Q. Where can I get materials to enhance Relics?
A. You can obtain Tier-specific Relic materials by combining or dismantling Tier 3 Equipment, Accessories, Pets, Wings, and Runes. Q. What are the benefits of leveling up the Training Ground and Ability Unlock?
A. Higher levels increase the probability of higher ranks appearing. Q. Is there any reason to purchase characters of other classes besides my main character?
A. Purchasing each character grants stat bonuses through their "Owned Effect," even if you do not actively use them. Q. Where can I change the stage difficulty and area?
A. Go to [Stage] at the bottom of the main menu, then select your desired difficulty from the bottom difficulty drop-down list or tap an area to enter. Q. I have funds in my Steam Wallet, but I cannot purchase items from the shop.
A. If the Steam Overlay is disabled, payments may not process properly. Please go to the game's [Manage] > [Properties] in your Steam Library and ensure that the [Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game] option is turned on. Q. The World Boss or Raid season ended before I could receive my Pet or Wings reward. Can I no longer get them?
A. World Boss and Raid operate on a seasonal basis. Once a new season begins, participating in the content will allow you to earn ranking rewards such as Pets or Wings based on that season's ranking settlement. Q. I cannot see items I purchased or retrieved from the Marketplace. Where can I claim them?
A. You can view these items in-game under [Marketplace] > [Storage List]. Tapping [Claim] will send them to your Mailbox, where you can then collect them. Q. Where can I adjust the audio volume?
