Hotfix 4 (v1.0.4)

Mining rigs take far less save space, fixing the "save storage full" problem.
Mining rigs are now capped because of that save problem. Existing rigs above the cap keep working.
INSANITY LAYER leaderboard cap raised.
Armor stat label was mistranslated as "arm" in TR / ZH / RU, fixed.
