Hello Car Dealers!
Today's update introduces a number of changes related to employees!
New Warehouse Employee Position
We've added a brand-new employee position to take some tasks off the receptionist's hands, including:
- collecting packages from online stores
- refilling and emptying the repair machine
Receptionist
The receptionist has received several new abilities:
- They can now pay bills and the salaries of other employees.
- They can sell Valuables from the warehouse.
- Sales take place once every hour and include all items from the Common, Uncommon, and Rare tiers. The item-selling option is disabled by default to prevent the receptionist from selling items needed for Pawn Shop jobs. Be careful when using this option - make sure to move any items you want to keep to your personal inventory before enabling it.
Body Workshop Employees
- We've added an option for replacing license plates.
To allow an employee to replace old license plates with new ones, you need to keep a supply of new plates in the warehouse.
Additionally
- We've added 4 new employees to the pool of available employees for hire.
Up 2 You DLC
If you own the Up 2 You DLC, you can now equip your employees with new headwear in the employee app, in the uniform customization section.
- We've added 11 new variants.
Optimization
- We found and fixed two memory leaks, which should improve performance and overall game stability, including on Steam Deck. Further optimization work is still ongoing.
Up 2 You DLC
- Fixed an issue related to the start of the race at Winston Springs Junkyard.
