As the name suggests, this time we're focusing on the classic aesthetics of American suburbs and estates. Get ready to build everything from cozy, modest bungalows and classic farmhouse-style homes to massive estates with separate walk-in closets. Let's see what we've prepared for you!
In this expansion, there will be no time for boredom. We've prepared 3 completely new jobs where you'll be able to truly feel that coastal USA vibe.
To meet the demands of your new clients, we've restocked our warehouse. We are putting a massive amount of new items at your disposal - perfect for fully decking out spacious interiors!
We've also added brand new house siding and roof material to truly help you get that USA vibe in the final stages of your building process.
The American Dream isn't just about new items; it's an evolution of how you build. We are introducing mechanics that will give you total freedom:
Timber frames & Drywall - we are introducing the true classic American building style! You'll be erecting timber frames and finishing them with drywall.
Wraparound Porches - have you ever dreamed of drinking your virtual morning coffee on a wooden porch? Now it's possible! You can design porches right at the architect's table. They require pouring special footings while laying the foundations. We've also added full customization: you can choose supporting columns and railings (or hide them completely if you prefer an open space!).
Garage Doors - because you can't live in the suburbs without a vehicle, am I right? You will now be able to construct garage doors for your imaginary car!
The new DLC will be available for 3.99 USD. We've done everything to ensure the best possible value for the amount of new content and fun you'll get.
