Fixed issues related to the battle at Windshade Spire - Above the Elevator.
Fixed a bug where the event with Myoso would not trigger if the player died at the same time the battle was cleared.
Fixed a bug where the event with Myoso would not trigger after returning to an Altar during the battle and then revisiting the area.
