Hot fixes

Fixed an issue where players who start on mobile and buy Reforged on PC would still see ads on mobile.
Fixed an issue that was causing hitching on mobile, particularly in outposts.
Fixed a bug that was making it hard to press the "continue with ads" button on some mobile devices
