v0.5.4 bug fixes: stuck tiles and bots that stopped playing

Hi everyone,

This small update fixes a few bugs, most of them in the middle of a game.

Tiles stuck while opening
In 101, a tile you had just drawn could get stuck above your rack while you were opening your hand, and you couldn't take it back. Now a tile the game doesn't accept always goes back onto your rack, and taking back an opening works every time, even with a tile you just drew.

Bots that stopped playing
Sometimes a bot stopped playing in the middle of a game and the whole table waited for it forever, mostly in games with no turn timer. I fixed the bugs that could cause this. Bots now always finish their turn.

Smaller fixes
- In 101, if you opened with the tile you took from your left and didn't have enough points, the game could miss it when you finished later in that round.
- After a bot's turn, the "your turn" sound sometimes played twice. It now plays once.
- In Okey, a bot that had just finished a round could still throw a tile once the next round started.
- Closing the game while the opening logo was on screen made it crash. Fixed.

Some of you reported these problems through the okey.gg website without leaving a way to reach you, so this is my reply: thank you. I read every report, and every one helps. If something goes wrong, tell me here: https://okey.gg/support/bug-report/

Have fun!
