Last Pirates is heading toward 1.0, and we want to get there together with you. Got an idea the full release can't do without? Pin it on our 1.0 isn't 1.0 without.. board.
To test new things faster, we've opened a separate beta branch on Steam. No password, no sign-up. New features land there earlier than on the main branch, before they're fully tested, so you get to try them while they're still warm.
Quota money now goes to each player separately and stays with you for good. After each level you see what you earned and how your booty held up, your mates' too.
Spend your coins right there in the upgrade tree: start with a Frying Pan and work your way up to a Golden Sword.
Need more room on the table? An extra card slot now costs coins. Rang the bell too early? Ring it again to take back your ready.
Skin sets come in parts, so mix head, torso and legs from different sets. Pick new eye styles and body finishes, and your profile remembers your look.
This is NOT a release version. These features are still in progress, so you join at your own risk. Expect bugs, odd balance, and things that may change before they reach the main game, which stays exactly as it is.
Open your Steam Library
Right-click Last Pirates: Die Together and choose Properties
Open the Game Versions & Betas tab
Select open_beta_branch. No access code needed
Let the update download and launch the game
Your library will show Last Pirates: Die Together [open_beta_branch]. To return, select the default public version in the same list. To play together, everyone in the lobby needs to be on the same branch.
Use the Report a Problem button in the game, or tell us on our Discord. We read it all every day, and each report goes straight to the developers.
There's no fixed schedule for beta updates, but we'll let you know on Steam and Discord whenever something new lands.
