Title: AKIBA LOST
These guidelines set out our policy so that players and content creators can enjoy let’s plays, live streams, video and image posts, reviews, theory videos and similar content for "AKIBA LOST" with confidence.
"AKIBA LOST" is a live-action adventure game built around the experience of uncovering its story and its mysteries. Please be considerate about spoilers so that you do not diminish the experience of those who have not played yet. The game also features a large live-action cast. Please give due consideration to the cast members’ likeness, reputation and privacy.
For rights reasons, streaming and video posts of this title are permitted from the release date, Thursday, September 17, 2026. Before the release date, posts are limited to the demo version. Within that, screenshots, video and streaming are all permitted, subject to the rules below.
1. Basic Policy
Within the scope of these guidelines, the following streaming and posting activities are permitted for "AKIBA LOST":
・Let’s plays, live streams and video posts on YouTube, Twitch, niconico, TikTok and similar services
・Screenshot and video posts to social media such as X, Instagram and Threads
・Content created to share impressions, reviews, theories, analysis and the like
・Streams and video posts using the standard monetization features provided by streaming platforms
These guidelines apply to individuals and companies alike.
However, publication of footage, images and similar material from "Day 7" onward, and from the main TV drama offered as downloadable content, is prohibited.
Please also refrain from posting or streaming videos that involve no creative input such as commentary, remarks or analysis.
2. Permitted Scope
For the main game, you may stream and post content up to and including "Day 6."
The following falls outside the permitted scope and may not be streamed or published:
・Game content from "Day 7" onward
・Footage and images from the main live-action drama offered as downloadable content
Publication of footage, screenshots and similar material from "Day 7" onward is prohibited.
No date has been set for when streaming and posting of "Day 7" onward will be permitted. If this changes in future, we will announce it on the official website and elsewhere.
3. Consideration for Spoilers
For "AKIBA LOST," the story and its mysteries are themselves a major part of the experience.
Even for streams and posts covering the game from the start up to "Day 6," please be considerate toward those who have not played yet if your content contains spoilers.
We recommend the following:
・State clearly that the content contains spoilers in the title, at the start of the post, in the description field and so on
・Do not use thumbnails showing major developments, the culprit, or significant secrets about the characters
・On social media, use the hashtag "#AKIBALOSTネタバレ" where appropriate
・Take care that major spoilers are not visible at the start of the body of a social media post
The purpose of this consideration is to protect the experience of those playing "AKIBA LOST" for the first time.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following streaming, posting and use is prohibited:
・Publication of content that falls within the prohibited scope from "Day 7" onward
・Publication of footage and images from the main live-action drama offered as downloadable content (using the portions that play within the game itself, for example in a gameplay stream, is permitted)
・Videos or streams intended simply to broadcast game footage or in-game audio as is, without commentary, remarks, analysis, editing or similar input
・Extracting footage, images, audio, music and similar material from the game and distributing or selling it on its own
・Producing or selling merchandise using in-game material without permission
・Use that significantly distorts or alters the likeness of a cast member in a way that damages their reputation or dignity
・Use intended to discriminate against, defame, insult, threaten or harass cast members, developers, affiliated companies, other players or any other third party
・Conduct that infringes the copyright, likeness rights, trademark rights, privacy, reputation or other rights of a third party
・Content contrary to public order and morals, or use intended to encourage illegal acts
・Presentation or use that could cause others to mistake the content for official "AKIBA LOST" content or content endorsed by our company
・Any other use that our company reasonably judges to be significantly contrary to the intent of these guidelines
5. A Request Regarding the Cast
"AKIBA LOST" is a live-action work featuring a large number of cast members. When using images or footage of the cast from within the game, please give due consideration to the reputation, dignity and likeness of the performers themselves.
In particular, defamation, insults, sexual or discriminatory expression directed at the cast, and malicious image or video manipulation that seriously damages their public standing, are prohibited.
Where a serious infringement of rights is confirmed, we may request removal of the post or take other necessary action.
6. Title, Credits and Links
When streaming or posting, we ask that you include the following, for fair and helpful signposting (recommended):
・Include "AKIBA LOST (アキバロスト)" in the title of your gameplay video. "AKIBA LOST" on its own is also fine.
・In the description or notes field, include the official Steam store page URL,

・In the description or notes field, or in your social media post, include the hashtags #AKIBALOST
(For posts on X and similar services, including the hashtags #AKIBALOST #アキバロスト is sufficient.)
7. Monetization
For let’s plays, streams and video posts using "AKIBA LOST," monetization is permitted only within the scope set out below.
Permitted monetization
Standard monetization features generally provided by streaming platforms may be used, such as:
・Advertising revenue on YouTube and similar services
・Voluntary viewer support such as Super Chat, Super Thanks and tipping
・Other standard platform monetization features that do not require payment for viewing itself
However, any format that requires viewers to pay, register as a member or subscribe to a paid plan in order to view "AKIBA LOST" let’s plays, videos, streams or still images is prohibited.
Extracting footage, still images, audio, music, logos or other material from the game in order to sell or redistribute it, or producing or selling merchandise using such material without our permission, is also prohibited.
Please note that this title contains music to which record labels hold the rights. For videos containing these tracks, the copyright management systems of YouTube and other platforms (Content ID and similar) may result in a monetization claim from the rights holder, and advertising revenue from the video may go to the rights holder of the music.
Within the scope of these guidelines, posting let’s plays, streams and videos that include music which plays normally during gameplay is not itself prohibited.
However, copyright management, monetization, streaming restrictions and similar handling on each platform are subject to the operation and judgment of that platform and of each rights holder.
8. Fan Works, Reviews and Theories
We welcome creative activity relating to "AKIBA LOST," including impressions, reviews, theories, analysis and fan art.
However, when using live-action footage or images from the game, or the likeness of the cast, please respect these guidelines and the rights of third parties.
Conduct that goes beyond the scope of criticism and amounts to defamation, discrimination, harassment or infringement of rights against the cast, staff, other players and others is prohibited.
9. In-Game Music, Logos and Similar Material
Background music, footage, logos and similar material that plays or appears normally during gameplay may be used as part of a let’s play, stream or video within the scope of these guidelines.
However, extracting such material from the game and distributing or reposting the music, footage, images, logos or other material on its own, for the purpose of viewing or using the material in itself, is prohibited.
10. Copyright and Other Rights
Copyright and other rights in the footage, images, audio, music, characters, logos and other content within the game belong to IzanagiGames, Inc. or to the respective rights holders.
These guidelines do not transfer any of those rights to users.
Where use in breach of these guidelines, or use that infringes the rights of a third party, is confirmed, we may ask for the post, stream or similar content to be deleted or taken down.
11. Changes to These Guidelines
We may change the content of these guidelines as necessary.
If we do, we will publish the latest version on the official website and elsewhere. Please check the most recent guidelines when streaming or posting.
