Wanted to inform you about an important bug fix.
There was an error found where the game would straight up crash when going into level 3 or 4. This was on the live build for the past few days. I am deeply sorry if this ruined your experience. The bug slipped past me as the game ran completely fine in our game engine (where we build / test Devoid). I will take note of this when pushing builds in the future.
That said, this bug has been eliminated with a high degree of certainly. Gone. Obliterated.
We also tossed in a few extra things with this push.
New cosmetic ship body: Saber
Significantly improved graphics for split screen. Shout out ThisOrThat for sparking that change with a graphics discussion about super sampling. Split screen is looking real good now. Ill drop a before and after. Before:
