CutBench 1.0 is out — I've been clipping my own gameplay with it for a month

CutBench 1.0 is live on Steam — and I want to be upfront about how it got here.

For the past month I've been running it on my own gameplay every day. Every

clip on the CutBench YouTube and TikTok channels was cut, ranked, subtitled

and scheduled by the app itself, straight from my own sessions. Those clips

have picked up about 96,000 views on YouTube and another 7,200 on TikTok —

which I only started recently, once the posting integration was ready. All of

it with me barely touching an editor. That's the whole point: you're going to

game anyway, CutBench turns that footage into a steady feed of Shorts.

How it works: drop a long session or Twitch VOD on it and you get back 10-15

vertical clips with burned-in subtitles, ranked by how likely each one is to

perform. Everything runs on your own GPU — no cloud, no upload, your footage

never leaves your PC.

What's in 1.0:

- Ranked clips — every cut scored, best moments first

- Burned-in subtitles + 9:16 reframe

- Posting calendar — schedule straight to YouTube Shorts and TikTok

- One-time purchase. No subscription, no usage caps

Not sure yet?
The free Demo runs the same pipeline on your own footage,

watermarked. The full version removes the watermark.

If you try it on your own gameplay, I'd love to hear how it goes — leave a

review or drop a note in the Discussions.

Before this update that only really worked in Russian. An English session took its wording from a fixed phrase library, and a session in any other language got a sentence lifted straight out of what was said, unpunctuated, exactly as it came off the transcript. The automatic pacing (faster through quiet parts, slower on peaks) is tuned for action-heavy footage — if it reads your game wrong, now it's one switch.
