QOL Additions / Balance Changes
Added additional visual guides in Book 3 to help players understand the ticket system
Added limit to how many of the same directional orders can occur in Book 3 as to not unfairly overwhelm the player with the same order types
Added global placement percentile calculator to the scoreboard
